Introduction
Unlike high school where most of your learning comes in instructor-guided class time, most of your learning in college comes from self-led study sessions.

Unfortunately, not many students making the transition from high school to college know how to structure a study session so that their time is well-spent. They work hard, they feel like they’re learning, but results on quizzes, exams, papers, and projects tell a different story.
Workshop participants will leave knowing how to structure their study sessions to prepare for an exam, to write a paper, or get some reading done.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this workshop, students will:

- be familiar with a set of learning activities to do during study sessions
